Welcome to Zestmail. By installing or using our Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Zestmail is a Chrome browser extension that provides email management tools for Gmail, including AI-powered email composition, mail merge, open and click tracking, and template management. The service is available in free and paid subscription tiers.

2. Account and Access

To use Zestmail, you must authorize the extension to access your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps as described on our website.
• Pro Plan ($5/month): Extended features including higher usage limits, open and click tracking, mail merge, and templates.
• Business Plan ($15/month): Unlimited usage, priority support, and advanced analytics.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at jhoonseo0305@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zestmail for sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension
• Share your subscription or license key with unauthorized users
• Use the service in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Zestmail and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zestmail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of Zestmail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zestmail after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the extension.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
